Opponent Formation Not Showing

First of all, I love the game. I like playing the games for my team (not simming them). I have a request that I thought was in previous years of the game, which is to see the formation that my opponent is in when calling a play. What I mean by formation, do they have 4 WRs or 2 TEs or in Punt formation, etc. I am not seeing that now, maybe I'm missing it. If I am missing it, could you point me where I would find it on the play calling screen. btw, I do see it after the play is over.

You aren't missing it. You do not get to see the offensive formation before the play. Forces me to either guess a call by down and distance or just simulate on defence.
