Just an opinion, but I'd like to see scouting be closer to maybe a simplified version of the college recruiting process. Right now scouting points are spent all in one shot, then you know 95% of about 40-60 players, and nothing about everyone else. That doesn't seem realistic. I wonder if the scout positions created in college will make their way to pro.
I think scouting in Pro, instead of all in one stage, should be a season long thing where you slowly uncover info about a draftee, and you can spend points week to week instead of all at once, and it's up to you the LEVEL of how you scout each player. You can not only get more certain, but even reveal a rating or two. If you spend almost all of your points on one player you might reveal all ratings but you'll know almost nothing about anyone else. It's not just scout or don't scout, interview or don't.
I know there are people who don't like the college game because of the recruiting, but I think this would be a simpler process, you're not spending points trying to convince people, it doesn't have to be as involved. My vision is keep it like it is now, but you get maybe 20-50 points to spend each week and it's up to you the level of scouting you do for each. For people who don't like that it can auto-scout like the college game auto-recruits.
