I have a bug where all of my formations are set back to default after each game.
Could you please check it?

Can confirm I also am having issues were after each week is advanced, my teams formations selections in team strategy screen is resetting to all defaut packages. (Using Sandbox mode, all default settings, rosters, etc).

Probably easiest to submit a support ticket and attach a share link to your league file (Dropbox, google docs, one drive, etc.)
