How is it so far? How are the ratings coming in

still waiting to buy the game until I find out how recruits from the college game come in ... it hasn't worked to good in the past

There haven't been any changes to the ratings import... it's still a checkbox to either normalize ratings or leave them alone. When you normalize it nerfs the college kids to mirror how a 100 OVR kid in college isn't going to be a 100 OVR player in the pros day 1.

We did add optional limits to # of imported players to help with the thousands of kids that are in the import. We also have the mass update screen still in the pros so people can make adjustments if their pro leagues don't line up as well with the inbound college kids. And you still have the option to manually adjust your draft classes before bringing them in for people who want a fully custom experience.

I don't remember seeing any reports of the import being broken during the beta testing or the first access period (or since we went live) but I don't remember seeing any reports in PF23 either... maybe I'm just missing something.

now if I could just figure out how to import them into the game ... just went through my first season and never saw an opportunity to import them

Either from the import/export menu on the league home page, or from the import/export options inside the draft room menus.

imported, checked the box to normalize ratings ... first 10 picks all in the high 90's .... will try it again but definitely imported them correctly and it was still a mess

I'll add a normalization setting so it will nerf importing rookies more than it does. If that still doesn't work you'll have to manually adjust them using the mass edit too after you import.
