Trade Block and Auto Trade

I have 2 questions.

1. How do you put someone on the trade block? I couldn’t figure out how to add anyone to the trade block after messing with it for a long time.

2. Is there an option to find teams who are interested in players? I believe this is on the basketball game.

I'll answer first question:
Go to Your Front Office, click on Roster at top, highlight player by clicking on proper row, and then you'll find the Add to Trade Block button at top.
