Injury setting

I play out my games season to season. Just wondering what injury setting is best. I've had it on normal but I usually wind up with maybe one guy on injured reserved. I just bumped the injury setting up to high. Just trying to find something realistic. Most teams will have 5 or 6,if not more, on injured reserve by the end of the season. Seems on normal if there are injuries players may miss a game or be recovered by the next week.
