Missed Block

Hello, Could someone tell me what the difference between the stats Missed Block and Sack Allowed?

Missed block means you were trying to block and missed it
Sack allowed means a sack happened and you were blocking the guy that got the sack... but it doesn't mean you necessarily missed a block
