New Laptop

I just got a new laptop and I am not allowed to activate my game. I get a message that says "all available licenses have been activated". Is there anything I can do? I sent a message to tech support a couple of days ago, but haven't gotten a response yet.

On your old computer, open the game and click on "License Key Management". You can then Deactivate your license" on that computer. Then you'll be able to Activate your license on the new computer.

Thanks for the tip but my old laptop is dead. I don't have access to it anymore. :(

OK, then go to https://wolverinestudios.freshdesk.com/support/home and submit a Support Ticket requesting assistance.

I did that a few days ago. Still waiting for a response :( Hopefully once the weekend is over!
