What Happened To Kicking???

I've always known that a kicker with good KPW & KAC but low kicker skill is going to struggle, and I'm fine with that. Positional skill should be important. My problem with this version is that kickers with good KPW, KAC and skill are struggling massively! Why is that?

89 KPW, 95 KAC, 73 skill. Why is he hitting just over 60%? 6/13 from beyond 30 yards?! There has been no rain/snow and barely any wind in his games.

Even worse - 99 KPW, 87 KAC, 85 skill. 7 misses from beyond 40 yards with 99 kick power?! No bad weather for him either.
