I need more information and preferably to see the game files before I can say if there is anything wrong here - there could be but there also could not be. What is the game giving you as the rejection message? What is the status of the team you are trying to trade with? Are they a terrible team? What is the contract situation of both players? Is the guy you are trading someone with a massive contract and the guy you want back in his final year? Is there something wrong with your MVP forward? Does he have a bad attitude?
If the team you are trying to trade him to is a bottom feeder maybe its smarter for them not to trade for your player. If it just makes them a less bad team with no way of getting better (no picks and no cap space) then what does it really do for them? Let's assume your player is a 27 year old Kevin Durant - would the current Wizards gain anything by trading for him and trading away a couple of firsts and Kyle Kuzma? It's still going to be a terrible team. Is it a "fair" deal - maybe but it still would make no sense to do it because instead of losing 85% of their games maybe they will only lose 70% and they could be trading away their own future MVP in one of those picks to do it.
Now if its a contending team then that kind of deal would make more sense -they're majorly upgrading at SF for what will probably be a couple of late picks so the context of the trade is important here, not just A >B. If you want to send me the files go to our website and click the support link and open a ticket and send me the game files (please refer to HELP in the game to see what to send) and send me the trade you are trying and I will look and see exactly what the AI is thinking on it.
