College mod updated in the mod forums from 24.04 to 24.05 (2/27/2024)
Full download at the top. Smaller update at the bottom. If you installed the mod last night all you need is the update.

Issues fixed:
Fixes Hall of fame Classic logo. (No need to re-start)
Adds Hartford and St Francis (NY) player card jerseys if you import a DDSCB23 association (No need to re-start)
Deletes missed maned alloffameclasic.png if present.

I'm a first time user, and a Mac user on Parallels, at that... apologies in advance.
Can someone please give me instructions to install these mods? Thank you.

If you running Parallels just unzip the mod and run the installer. If you let the original game install to the default location when you installed it then all you have to do is click thru the Mod install process as its defaulted to that folder. Don't forget you have to start an association using a custom file on page two of the creation to have the mod work. Instructions are included. They should pop up when you install the mod. If your new to the mod I would save it somewhere handy as there is a lot to go over such as Custom Files and Early Season Tournament. step by steps.

As far as the mod with download either the All in One for one installer. or The Mod only and the Courts and install both of these. You won't need the update as these files include it.

Your instructions were perfect. I am having one problem: when I set up from custom file it only allowed me to install one of the 6-8 files from your all-in-one file... I have the team and conference names and logos, not player names, coaches names or courts. How do I get all of the files into my league?

I do not do player names. Too many over 5000.

If you downloaded Mod Only the you need to downloaded the Courts mod and install too. If you downloaded the All In One then they should be included.
Coaches depends on which Custom File you loaded at start up, some have real coaches and some don't. There are 5 custom Files 00 to 04, only 03 & 04 have real coaches. The others generate random fictional coaches each time you start a new association..

When I was on screen 2 of the league setup and clicked custom, it opened right up to imports folder which had 6-8 files in it. I was only allowed to choose one file to install, I chose the first file. Did that include everything or do I have to go back and add the other files? If so, how do I do it?
On individual players, I get it, that's a lot. Does the game itself make an effort to "replicate" players and I have to figure out who is who, or is it all random? Does anyone make a player file or is there an easy way for me to just edit my alma mater, Villanova?

You only choose one of the files to import, you don't and can't import multiple files. Each one represents different types of changes and data within the file, which the instructions explain what is contained with each.

You can edit player data by going into commissioner mode and then going into the Game Options screen. You'll see button to allow you to edit player information.

The instruction manual describes each import, which I have copied below. From here you should be able to decide what is best for you. I'll defer to NCAAHoops to provide any further guidance on top of this.

Imports Available:

00_CustomFile-CnfTm-Default
Same as 01_Import but uses default.db ratings for Current, Historical Prestige's, Academic and Facilities
ratings. This is a Basic mod. Basically just real names and graphics the rest is DDSCB default.db
