Just starting out, but I am wondering if the injury settings have been tweeked or if they remain the same as last year. I am trying to get realistic injuries, but not trying to run a hospital ward.

They have not changed but of course you can go to the settings and choose anything from no injuries at all to twice as many injuries as the default so there should be some setting in there that achieves this for you.
