If I revoke a scholly, but then want to re-offer it later, does the recruit get ticked and become less likely to accept?

Short answer yes, I have never tried to give them a scholarship once I've revoked it so I can't answer if you can get him back unless you are the only offer.

As Phatman stated yes he gets an attitude against your team and I have never had them accept or even put me back on their top 5 list. Not saying it can't happen but never had it work for me.

I've never revoked a scholarship that the recruit has already accepted, but i have pulled back a scholarship OFFER at times...and yeah, when I have, that recruit's interest in my college immediately goes completely away...which makes sense.
