Dashboard & Garbage Time Suggestions

I got two things I figured I'd bring up that would be nice to add...

1) It would be awesome to have the team Offensive and Defensive Ratings on the Dashboard. Just a good piece of info that's looked at these days more than PPG.

2) more of a question first...does the HC preferences determine at what point the garbage time lineup comes in? I feel like usually it happens too late, like at 45 seconds left, instead of like at 2 minutes when it's a 20 point game. So I was curious if the logic here could be tweaked? Also I feel like lack of a dead ball prevents the garbage lineups from getting in and the leading team should at least call a timeout to facilitate this. Not a big deal but just thinking of ways to improve this area.
