Future Request - Program Budget

When looking at our program budget, can we see who is leading in each category in the future? For instance, my team is #2 in amenities and don't wanna look through all the schools to find out who is #1. This could help us gauge how much each year we have to put in the three categories to differentiate ourselves against the other teams. Would love this in a future game or update. Well you can't see it when you set the budget because nobody else has set a budget either - that's sort of an unfair advantage if you know what the numbers to beat are or even know what kind of range teams will be in because you might just totally give up on an area if you know you won't even be in the ballpark of the top teams. I guess it could be added somewhere else later on to see all the teams at once but it won't be of use in setting the budget.
