Does anyone have some tips, or a good video, I can watch to help with recruiting? I'm new to the game and am not really certain what actions I'm supposed to be doing to land recruits. Also, not sure how to just manage it all for lack of a better word. Are there shortlists I can create? It's just very overwhelming trying to navigate this and I can't find a lot of help online.
