Advance Button Disappeared

I've run into an issue that is probably something easy I'm missing, but I'm stumped. Just finished a season and at the point where the email is advance to awards, but there is no advance button. I've tried minimizing and maximizing my window, looked for a sidebar to drag, and even closed the game and re-started. Still no advance button. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or missing.

It could be that somehow the game is on the wrong date. If you look under HELP in the game you will find instructions to submit your game files to our support ticket system. If you do that we can fix it up
