I prefer to sim games rather than play them out. How does one game plan for a particular opponent? I getting ready to face Virginia Tech. They press a lot. They have a stud power forward who dominates. What can I do specifically to game plan against this? Thanks!

Well what you are going to want to do is adjust your strategy and depth/matrix before you sim the game so in terms of the press you want to make sure that you have good ball handlers playing (or maybe anyone who is a particularly bad ball handler/turnover machine maybe sit him out or lower his minutes for this game). As for their PF you can play your best big defender as your PF for that game but you can also take advantage of other defensive options. Maybe if your team is prepared and proficient you can try pressing or a hc trap to get the game sped up and them out of rhythm or maybe go zone to try and keep it packed in. Just go to the strategy page and change the usage prior to the game and then you can go change it back afterwards so that for next game its following your usual plan.
