Create Team - Naming New Team and Conference

Love the Create Team! We no longer have to displace a "real" team. Just a couple of minor things:
Right now we cannot name the team at creation, it just comes in as "New Team XXX" and we have to then go into Teams and scroll down to the team to name it.
When moving the created team to a conference if that conference has to be scrolled down to it can be awkward to drag the team all the way down and then you don't always see an open place to put it so I have to drop it and start over. SO yeah would be nice if we could name the school and choose the conference or have a dropdown to select a conference because just drag and drop can get awkward.
