Sub logic ??

This is a good thing and even better that you now can setup a specific backup package.
Been from the game for some years so maybe this wasn't new to this version, but it looks to be expanded a little bit.

As it is now you got one settings for all players. I would think it would have been a little better if one could go by position groups.
Lets say the offensive line might stick around a little bit longer than WR,RB and DBs maybe. Then also the QB.
With position groups setup you could get some positions to sub more and faster. You already had RB by committe and this should be a development of that.

I would be glad if you looked into something that is handling this on a position level. Still parts of the backup package could be used I think, so need to have multiple of packages.

Think the game has taken gigant leaps since I played it couple of years ago. At least what I have seen so far.
Well done Brooks. :)

Now lets hope we get these improvemnts into the ProFootball-game and as I always wanted a better control of the contracts one give to players. If not superdetailed at least pick between balanced, front or backloaded. In difference to college economics and contracts are the backbone in Pro Football. Getting as much of the tweaks (like reconstruct contracts) into that game is important for realism.
There need to be a default mode for the casual player (like now), BUT never discard the ones that wants to dive into the details. I think we are many.

Glad to see you have now adopted the full idea of empty backfield. Even a special pick in Offensive assigment. I kept begging for this for several years and at first no respons, then some answer for me to create a formation with RB in motion out (not specific 5 WR setup in my book). Now it's fully incorperated. Nice.
Guess more folks starting to ask for it and glad you do listen and expand your game.
So now I hope for some of the mentioned above.

The game simulates energy based on position and utilization... so a QB who carries the ball a lot will expend energy quicker than one that just hangs out in the backfield. The rates of more subbed out players (RB, WR, DL, DE, etc.) are higher than the others, so you won't see OL being subbed out as often. I didn't want people to have to manage those details.

Good to know. As I said earlier let there be a default overall, but a more detailed for those that like to dig into this. I see you have gone that way with more and more things over the years. The casual player is important but never disregard the ones that like to micromanage more. This game looks to be able to handle both types but everything can always get better.

Still on the fence if I jump back into this game, but think I start to fall onto the right side (slowly).
