Questions: Replay, non-QB Pass

1) Is there some button or way to trigger a replay? Sometimes I'd like to watch a key play again.
2) I may have missed, but is there any already-designed play for anyone other than a QB (halfback, receiver, etc.) to throw a pass, as a trick play? I tried looking through Default playbook, but maybe didn't look correctly.
