Small bug on Breaking News screen

The Breaking news screen is cool new feature. However, there is a very minor bug sometimes. There are times where the breaking news gets stuck in a loop for a few cycles after pressing the continue button. After pressing continue, the play sim screen does not properly populate and the same breaking news clip is shown again.
