Player Development

Since the newest update, many of the young players(early 20s) in my league are barely developing. Some player ratings stay the same, while some overalls increase by 1 or 2 each season.

Nothing was changed in the player development code so there's no reason that should be the case. How many seasons/leagues have you run through where you are seeing players not develop at all?

I created a new league, and the player development worked as normal.
