You either go into each team and update the logos from inside the game screens, or you can create a mod.
To do the mod you would go into your game files (either c:\program files\wolverine studios\ or steamapps depending on how you have it installed) and copy the Data\logos folder.
Paste that folder into a new folder at Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSPF 2025\Logos
So in my case I copy my steam images logos from D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Draft Day Sports Pro Football 2025\Data\images\logos to C:\Users\******\Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSPF 2025\Logos
You can also just swap out the images from your game data files, but then any time you update the game it will overwrite the files. So copying them to the documents folder gives the game a "modded" place to pick up the files.
As to which files to modify, that depends on the values in the Teams.xml file. Each league format has a set of teams and pointers to certain logo files.
You can also see how this works if you download the real world mod from the mod forum. He's got a custom teams.xml file that has references to files in there that he also includes with the mod and places them in the correct folder.
