Hi All, I have been using DDS:PF21 to run a simulation & alt history blog focusing on a USFL that never died. I am in 2017 right now and looking ahead to ending the sim after we finish the 2025 season. I am then going to embark on a "What if the WFL of 1974-1975 had survived" project.

My question is for anyone who had the 2021 edition of DDSPF and now has the 2025 version.

What are the primary improvements?
Would you recommend I buy either DDS:PF25 or perhaps 26 instead of using 21 again?

I have had no issues with 21, but if there are major upgrades or perhaps even greater capacity to customize (gameplay rules, number of weeks per season, etc.) I could see upgrading. Interested in any feedback about the various editions.

I'm not the best person to answer your questions .. ( maybe try the demo?) But your website there is really cool! I wish I had enough ambition to do something like that.

I originally upgraded from PF21 to PF24 and now to Pf25. In my opinion, PF25 is a clear winner (I guess that should be a given). There are quite a few improvements; the most noticeable are probably coach implementations and a lot of QOL improvements. Then there's the whole speed thing - for me, the best change in years, and I'd upgrade just for that.

One of the best things about DDS is how you can download and play the latest version demo before you buy. I'd recommend checking that out.

As for waiting until PF26, well, that is down to whether you will wait to implement the updates of your site.

Regardless PF21 to PF25 is an easy. upgrade decision for me.
