I know maybe it can't be in this version. But in future version for those of us who play out all of the games in 2D. I think it would add to the immersion of the game, if during the game a time out is called and an assistant coach could say things like. I don't think our m2m is working we should try 2-3. Or #23 is frying us we should double him. Or we have scored well in our flex, we should run that. Or our sg is hot lets feed him. Or their C is weak in the post lets post him up.
As an assistant coach, a lot of times we make suggestions during the game or time out that the coach may not have thought of or needed a little elbow to think about.
You did add this in the recruiting area which was a nice touch to suggest what players were good to target.
These games have brought me countless hours/months of fun for years (about 18)

I will note it for the future
