Good morning. I hate posting this in this forum venue but am at a bit of a loss as what to do. I bought
the College Basketball 2025 game on Saturday. I’ve always received an email notification with my game code. But this time I did not. Thought I’d eventually received it, but never did. I went to the “service portal” and was initially given an error message my password was incorrect. Ok so I set up a password reset and attempted again. This time I got an error message that said, “You do not have access to the Service Portal.” Huh? Anyway my issue is not from a technical standpoint with the game, it’s simply needing my game code to be sent to me.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to all!
