Something that I haven’t seen in the game but I think would add some more realism to it. When a coach leaves for a new job or gets fired it would be cool to see some players leaving for the portal on that team. Maybe even some of those players wanting to follow their coach to his new job next year.

Esp if the coach has a great relationship with the players and they have eligibility remaining. Would be nice if the class the coach recruited reopen their recruitment then follow the coach or unless a new coach is able to retain them.

Now in the portal realistically whenever a coach takes a new job seems like they’re building a totally new roster from scratch almost. While also bringing a couple guys from the old team.

This is happening and its something I have considered and will consider for the future but I do weigh this against the wants of the person playing - does someone playing really want to have to assemble an entire new team? This may be something that needs to be implemented as an on/off thing where like if you want the full transfer portal experience it would happen but if you want it how it works now in the game you could leave it alone and just play as it stands now.
