I have bought and d/l the game. I am the process of installing the game...but after 2.5 hours the install process is only about 60% complete! BTW... I have never received the confirming Email with all the details of my purchase. What gives?

Something is wrong...both the download and install should be pretty quick. And you should get the key code sent to you.

It looks like according to our records that you have successfully licensed the game so I assume all is well but if not please reach out to our support portal and we will get whatever the issue is taken care of.
