Can't get past coach hiring stage

I've had this issue every time on this game. At the coach carousel stage, I click "advance" and it just says "processing" and never stops. On my first few seasons, I was able to interrupt it by going to "close window" and then it'd work on the next attempt. But I'm stuck on this stage now. Any guidance?

There has to be some kind of error in your game file then. Best thing to do is follow instructions under HELP in the game to submit the game files so I can look at them.

Thanks for the reply. I let it run and it worked after 15 mins or so. Ive played these for 20+ yrs it seems, I know some processes take longer but I've never had to wait longer than 3-5 mins. All good now, though.
