2016-17 season mod

I used stats pretty much the same way for offense/defense based on equal possessions over 3-4 years. Recruiting on 4 years of how many 4-5 star rated players recruited on the roster. I agree the Scouting and Player Development is the most difficult. That's why I weighted the NBA players with W-L records as I haven't found a way that I'm totally satisfied with yet. The data just can't be found easily on the net. To bad there's not a site that had that kind of data. I felt W-L in conference was OK for scouting but not perfect.
I did purchase a stats subscription to do the players that gives me a lot of data on where they take shots and how much they drive so that will help me with them. Need something like that for coaches.

I hope to move on to the 2017-18 season if people like this mod well enough.
FYI the mod is released!

This sounds like some great work! Make sure, if you haven't done so, to post it in the Mod section too because the game and our emails do direct people to look there and we definitely want them to see your hard work!
