What position was the #3 assistant coach doing? I just ran a test season and the #3 AST stayed at 9 reputation and was doing scouting. Will try with the other jobs and see if there's an impact but let me know if you can remember what jobs they had

My #3 was the Practice coach.

Hmm tried as all 3 and didn't see the spike. You dont happen to have a backup save prior to the jump do you?

I don't, but it happened in this #3's fifth year. No jump in any previous year (no increase at all) then went from 19 in year 4, to 41 in year 5.

Just ran another save. Same thing happened. 10-47 after first season. I have a backup as well. Right before the awards.

Ok started my first season as the head coach of Bryant University and started with 6 prestige. Finished the season 8-19 (3-15) and my prestige is still 6. Season has ended and i am currently at the job search screen and here are the head coaching jobs available:

Clemson - 46 prestige
Kansas State - 52 prestige
Mississippi - 46 prestige
Missouri - 49 prestige
Northwestern - 46 prestige
Tennessee - 49 prestige

I know it's not an exact science but isn't this a little odd or at least tooooo soon?

I have the files and won't proceed with the season if you need them.
