Player/Game Letter Grades

Hello I was curious if this was an issue or just because our league hasn't converted or something else. When checking the game and player analysis week to week recently, I am not seeing any letter grades. I assumed this feature was meant to be similar (hopefully improved too) to the college game feature? Is there a reason this isn't working for me and just showing N/A?

Some of the new features won't take effect until you sim games on the PF21 engine.
