Staff hiring overhaul...

Not sure how it should be done, but something needs to be tweaked here. Just seems like a raw deal...

• Offer a coordinator the job with a good salary...rejected.
• Offer another the same...rejected and didn't even get an email.
• End up with a scrub of a coach.

Pretty frustrating really.

Big agree, seems pointless to include this in the game as it is.

Agree there needs to be more ability to hire and fire coaches then just 3 Sims in an off-season. Maybe they could mimic it like the ddspb game but in season it's like the free agency claim system to keep it fair for multiplayer?
