Pro Football sim league idea

I've seen a few sim leagues in other games where you create a player and can upgrade then and play out their career. I think the pro football game could work well with this idea but I am relatively new to this game and could use some help. If anyone would be interested in helping out please let me know. Do you think this could work well with this game?
