CAP sim league idea

I've seen some leagues for other games where people can create a player and progress them. I think this game could work well for that. I am relatively new to this game so if anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated. Do you think this could work well in this game?

I know for sure there are these types of leagues out there that utilize the DDS:PF and CF engines. It certainly can be done. Those leagues aren't really built around the engine but the community you create. Need to come up with activities that players do to earn progress points.
