Too late to make any changes?

I hope not because there is a glitch in the trading system. Apparently you cannot trade for high draft picks. I always get: they don’t want to trade away a pick that high. I could accept it when a team is rebuilding and or the trade is unfavorable but I tested it and it failed.

I wanted to trade down a bit so I offered a 6th overall for a 7th overall. This should be a nobrainer for the program. It still gave me the message: we don’t want to trade a pick that high.

I don’t think this should wait until the next version. Trading down is a big part of the game. Especially when that great qb is sitting there at #6 I don’t need him but the next team does.

For next version, have a little more role play in this process. Where teams that are in the market for a player send you trade requests for that pick. Decide whether to leak that negotiation to get a better deal at the risk of alienating the first gm.
