I just received this error as well. I just submitted a support ticket with the text of the error message I received when I imported a 2021 game. This is with V 10.8 installed. I got the NET Framework error as soon as the game loaded and I got it anytime I switched screen.
This is the exact save file I imported in the last two patch versions without an issue (outside of the recently solved JuCo issue).
I'm also getting the message on every screen with previously functional saves from 2022. Hopefully this is resolved soon because the game won't be playable like this =(
