Assistant Coach Idea

I wish when you started out as an Assistant coach, the head coach would give you a particular job whether that be Recruiting, Practice, or Scouting and you’d be locked on to that job. Then there would be skills for each you could build up that way. Just to make being an assistant coach a little more immersive.

Not sure what you mean - if you do become an assistant you are given one of those three areas with job responsibilities in line with the specific area you are assigned.
