Personality glitch / questions

Hi. I think I've encountered something not correct with personality matches, and also have a question.

Glitch/bug: Playing as the Spurs with Real World mod. Wembanyama is a Champion personality type. Per the info screen, Champions like to have Architect and Protector around. ... Sochan is a Protector. Yet he is listed on the Questionable Relationship side for Wembanyama. Seems he should be in Friendly Relationships. Tried to attach images, but it says board attachment quota has been reached.

Question: Trying to learn what drives unhappiness with Team (continued decline) very happy with Coach and 100% for organization, and everyone else on the team is 99-100% for Team. Stephon Castle has lowest at 66% and continually dropping. I thought perhaps because he has zero Friendly Relationships. but I got 2 players with personalities he likes, now 2 Positive team members, and zero Questionable Relationships. He's a Visionary. Are some players randomly coded to just develop negative Team relationship? (a la Jimmy Butler)

As for the question in addition to the personalities are also other impacts like winning and playing time. If the player has a high desire for both and they are not being met they will become unhappy. Winning is the most important factor - if you are winning players will overlook some things like playing time or small squabbles because you're winning. If you're winning players who are obsessed with winning won't annoy the other guys who don't plan on giving it their all 82 times a year and don't think a loss is a big deal. If you're losing and a player who wants to play isn't playing big minutes that's the worst combo because they feel they would make the team win if you gave them a chance.

In Castle's case if he is a visionary in your game then yes kind of what you said - it is Jimmy Butler like. That personality wants to win and they feel they know how to win and will lead the team to win and if the guys aren't working hard and aren't basically following his lead then they're slackers who don't want to win so yes that personality type might not have any personality conflict with the other players but its more of a grinding personality conflict with everyone over time where if you aren't winning the rest of the guys are like "enough, we don't want to hear from you anymore"

It is an error in the display - it should not be protector but should be advocate instead. I will correct this in the forthcoming update
