I used to buy every Wolverine Studios game but haven't bought a single one since launch of DDS:PF 2016. I just can't get past the lack of mods and the difficulty of modding the games myself. I don't want to have to put hours and hours into just setting up a daggone game to play it.

You really need to do something to get a modding structure up like what OOTPDev has. Just download the stuff within the game and install it within the game.

Career ending injuries are a part of football, and it should never be an option for a game that claims to simulate the NFL. Of course they are disappointing, but the challenge is to overcome them and move on. If this is going to "kill the game" for someone, then maybe they ought not be playing a football sim in the first place.

Do you honestly believe someone would stop playing the game because their star player suffers a CEI?

If you're talking about career ending injuries, where a player blows out a knee and then retires, yes, DDSPF has that.

If you're talking about career ending injuries where a 22 year old player get paralyzed for life on a kickoff return, or players die of heart attacks or commit suicide... no we don't have that. And while it may be a part of the "game of football", I'm not going to rush to put that feature into a "video game".

Well at least it has minor career ending injuries.

Since I've been playing manager games, and that's been a lot of years, I love this newspaper feature.
I am very happy to see that they have found time in Draft Day Sports: Pro Football to deepen this feature.
More of it, much more!

By the way, once in the nineties, Germany was the top notch place for manager games.
