Play Game screen

So, one thing I was wondering is, is there a way to do the Play Game (I don't control the game, just watch) and not have it be full screen? It goes to full screen where I can't see the taskbar at the bottom. Is there a key I can press or something to keep that from happening? Reason I ask is that I often have the game 'simming' in the background while I'm at work haha. DDPB2017 allows the game to be run maximized but not the full screen so I was hoping there was a way to do that here as well.

I would also really like to not have the screen maximized during game play. Or at least have the option not to have the screen maximized.

So you can’t watch/play without it being in full screen? I do a lot of playing in the background and won’t purchase until it’s an option to switch the size of the screen.

Sure that works but I guess I'd like it easier to bring it up and put it back. Also, I think the full screen is only when you control the team and select 'Play Game'. Otherwise if you watch a simmed game by the CPU it's a small screen which is odd.
