Is there any way you can provide an installer link that will allow me to place the mod directly into the main DDSCB main directory? I do not find an "imports"/folder in the DDSCB2018 directly itself. I would very much like to use the mod and would really appreciate it if you can assist.

The download is an installer and will create the Import folder for you. There is not an Import folder with the game the installer creates one and places files there. 1358 files are installed in multiple folders. You need those files as well.
