Late game fouling

It seems when you do late game fouling it still takes 4+ seconds to get the foul in. It has both benefitted and hurt me, but inthought I should bring attention to this as usually most teams are able to foul within a second if it is on an inbound

Good observation...even with full court press on, the game doesn't seem to like to intentionally foul in the back court area but typically waits until the ball is in the forecourt before the intentional foul is committed.

A fix for this would be good.
