Assistant coaches roles

I have been a head coach for a few years now and am now able to hire my own assistants. How do I change their staff role? Currently I have the guy I hired (1st assistant) for player development doing recruiting and my 3rd assistant doing his role. How would I switch their roles? Thanks

Go to Strategy, then to Coaching Assignments. The Strategy page is an important one to use, in all 4 categories there.

I appreciate that Wayne. I always set my offensive/defensive/practice strategy and mentally never even acknowledged the coaching assignments lol

Be sure to click "Save Changes" after changing their roles.
