Can't trade current draft picks...

... Prior to the start of the draft. Meaning during the staff signing and free agency periods these picks cannot be traded. This seems to happen with every version of this game..

We hit free agency and they can be traded. I stand corrected. Maybe in future versions allow trades during staff signing as well?
