Can we alter league format or how many teams go to the playo

Seems like this is a pretty dead sub. Curious if there is a way to alter league format more than what options give. Thanks.

You can mod the teams.xml file to change up some aspects of teams in leagues, but formats are already set.

note: You can switch league format between seasons to mimic expansion.
