Are imported draft classes overpowered?

As the title says, really. I've been toying around with importing draft classes from DDS:CF20 into the Pro game, and there's so many rookies who have an OVR rating of 98+ that some are still being drafted in the Second Round. It just seems totally different compared to the draft classes that get generated in the Pro game. I'm not using a custom college game or anything, but seeing the Superbowl winner having a great gamut of 98+ rated rookies to choose from seems a bit off to me.

yes, you want to enable the normalisation when you import, otherwise it will use the straight up numbers from their college ratings.
