Overtime NFL Settings

I know this has come up before, I was just checking my settings again

What is correct for the NFL in the game?

Overtime Format: One Extra Quarter
Playoff OT Format: Modified Sudden Death

Is this correct? it's still confusing

For both regular season and playoffs, choose Modified Sudden Death. In regular season, ties will happen but in playoffs no ties will occur. Just saw both of these in my season to confirm it. Probably in the playoff dropdown it might be nice to list "(Not Ties)" after modified sudden death to make it more clear since the other options have it. Gives the impression ties are allowed otherwise.

Thanks, what does One Extra Quarter do? I believe I was told to use that one in Regular season.
