Question-Can teams swap divisions?

I feel pretty confident this is not possible in the game, but I wanted to make absolute sure - is there anyway to restructure a custom league after you've already started, before any games though, to the extent that you can move teams around to different divisions, or perhaps swap out one team located in one division or conference with another team located in another?

In between seasons you can change league format, but keep the same format you have and just move teams around.
